Steps to Own
Step One: Feasibility Study Agreement:
When you have decided you would like to own a Quick Living Home, we need to complete a feasibility study agreement. This agreement involves a services plan (water, electrical and drainage), site access plan, geotechnical engineers report, topographical survey, viewing council and district plans to meet all requirements. The feasibility study costs $2500.00 plus GST and any professional service fees.
Step Two: Designing your home
The next stage covers the design of your floor plan, all surface finishes, appliances, lighting and colours. This will enable a fixed price to be established before moving into the signing of the Building Agreement.
If you have selected to build a shell only, then this stage will be significantly reduced.
Step Three: Building Agreement
At this stage the fixed price building agreement is signed then full working drawings are completed ready to go to the council for a building permit.
Step Four: Construction
On obtaining a building permit we start site works and commence fabrication of your Quick Living Home. Upon delivery the building program will begin which will be completed in within 30 days.
