Speed

A Quick Living Modular Home takes significantly less time to build. On site construction time is reduced as all components are pre-finished in a factory environment then transported to site to be assembled. This ensures a quality finish, no on site errors and greater efficiency.

Price

All Quick Living Modular Homes have a fixed price contract. So this means when the building contract is signed there are no price increases. All prices include construction and project management.

Complete homes start from $2500 per square metre.

Location

We are able to construct a Quick Living Home in even the most difficult locations. Our foundation type enables us to build in the most steep and challenging situations.
